These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of RiskIT Premium ("Premium"). They are part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
1. Premium Plans & Pricing
RiskIT offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features within the App. Premium is available in two plans:

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes, which may be added by Apple based on your location. The features included with Premium are described in the App and may be updated from time to time (see Section 9).
2. Billing Through Apple
All Premium purchases are processed by Apple through Apple In-App Purchase using the payment method on file with your Apple Account. RiskIT does not collect or store your payment card details. When you confirm a purchase, Apple charges your Apple Account, and your Premium features are unlocked.

4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad;
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions;
- Select RiskIT; and
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will keep Premium features until that date, and you will not be charged again after cancellation. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel through Apple as described above.
5. Free Trials & Introductory Offers
If we offer a free trial or introductory offer, the terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and Apple will charge the applicable price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
6. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If a price increase applies to your subscription, Apple will notify you in advance as required, and, where required, will ask for your consent to continue at the new price. If you do not agree to the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
7. Refunds
Because purchases are processed by Apple, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's policies. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on how to request a refund.
8. Subscription Management
We use RevenueCat to help validate purchase receipts and manage subscription status so that your Premium features stay in sync across your devices signed in to the same Account. Information handled in this process is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Premium
We may add, modify, or remove Premium features over time to improve the Service. We will not materially reduce the core benefits of a subscription you have already paid for during its current billing period without offering a reasonable remedy. Your continued use of Premium after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated features.
