AI Challenge Disclaimer

Read this before you play. RiskIT generates dares, challenges, and forfeits ("Stakes") for entertainment only — some created by artificial intelligence and some written by other users. A Stake is only a suggestion. You decide what you actually do, and you do it at your own risk. Never attempt anything unsafe, illegal, or beyond your ability.

This AI Challenge Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") explains the nature of the AI-generated and user-created Stakes in RiskIT and the responsibilities you accept when you play. It is part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Community Guidelines.

1. For Entertainment Only

RiskIT is a party game meant for fun among friends who are 17 or older. Every Stake is offered purely for entertainment. Stakes are not advice, instructions, or recommendations, and nothing in the App should be treated as a directive to do anything. You are always free to skip, pass, or refuse any Stake.

2. How AI Stakes Work

Some Stakes are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. AI systems produce content by predicting text and do not understand your real-world circumstances, surroundings, health, or safety. As a result, AI-generated Stakes:

May be unexpected, odd, repetitive, or occasionally inappropriate;
Do not take into account your physical ability, environment, or the people around you;
Are not reviewed by a human before you see them; and
Should never be treated as safe simply because the App generated them.

We work to reduce inappropriate output, but we cannot guarantee that every AI-generated Stake will be suitable for you. If a Stake seems unsafe or inappropriate, skip it.

3. User-Created Stakes

RiskIT also lets users write their own Stakes. User-created Stakes reflect the views of the users who wrote them, not RiskIT. We do not pre-screen user-created Stakes, and we are not responsible for them. The same safety expectations and Community Guidelines apply to every Stake.

4. Your Choice, Your Responsibility

Whether to attempt any Stake is entirely your decision. Before acting, use common sense and consider your safety, the safety of others, your surroundings, and the law. Do not attempt any Stake that involves danger, injury, property damage, illegal activity, harassment, or anything you are not completely comfortable doing. If in doubt, pass.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using RiskIT and choosing to attempt any Stake, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with that Stake, whether foreseeable or not. You accept full responsibility for your own actions and decisions, and for any consequences that result from attempting, or encouraging others to attempt, any Stake.

6. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiskIT, Israel Diaz, and any related parties are not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, cost, or harm of any kind arising out of or relating to any Stake, whether AI-generated or user-created, or your decision to attempt, refuse, or encourage any Stake. This Disclaimer is in addition to the disclaimers, assumption-of-risk, and limitation-of-liability provisions in our Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference.

7. Safety Guidance

Play smart: stay indoors or in safe spaces, never involve fire, weapons, heights, vehicles, or anything that could cause injury, don't pressure anyone, respect the word "pass," and stop the game if anyone is uncomfortable. If a Stake would break the law or hurt someone, don't do it.

8. Reporting a Bad Stake

If you encounter an AI-generated or user-created Stake that is dangerous or inappropriate, please use the in-app Report tool or email support@risk-it-app.com. Your reports help us improve the Service and keep the community safe.
