This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for RiskIT Premium purchases. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Subscription Terms.
1. Who Handles Refunds
2. How to Request a Refund from Apple
To request a refund for a RiskIT Premium purchase, contact Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account;
- Find the RiskIT purchase in your list of transactions;
- Select Request a refund, choose a reason, and submit your request.
You can also request a refund directly from your device through your Apple Account's purchase history. Apple reviews and decides all refund requests at its discretion and according to its policies.
3. Our General Policy
Except where required by law or granted by Apple, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, or periods during which your Account remained open but unused. When Apple grants a refund, your access to Premium features may end immediately or at the end of the current period, as determined by Apple.
4. Cancellations vs. Refunds
Canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are different actions. Canceling (see our Subscription Terms) stops future automatic renewals but does not, by itself, refund a charge that has already been made. If you want money back for a recent charge, you must request a refund from Apple as described in Section 2.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws. Where such laws grant you a right to a refund that cannot be waived, those rights continue to apply, and this Policy operates in addition to — not instead of — them.
6. Need Help?
If you have a billing question or believe you were charged in error, first contact Apple through the steps above, since Apple manages App Store payments. If you still need help, email us at support@risk-it-app.com and we will assist where we can.
